Upon checking in, our excitement grew as we stepped into our room, and we were immediately thrilled by what we found. Our accommodations were strategically situated directly above the hotel’s renowned in-house restaurant, Cucina Rustica. The highlight was undoubtedly our expansive balcony, which presented spectacular, unobstructed views of the majestic mountains. Despite being nestled in the vibrant heart of Vail, the clever architectural design meant our east-facing room offered a serene vista of the lush hillside across I-70, providing a perfect sense of seclusion and natural beauty, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the town below.

For our first lunch in Vail, we embarked on a short, invigorating stroll from our hotel to La Tour Restaurant & Bar.
